Power To Heat in the Department of Building Systems and Building Technology

A large joint project with international participation started with a kick-off meeting for the Interreg project PtH4GR2ID. Together with colleagues from Belgium, France and Luxembourg as well as 3 other departments of the TU Kaiserslautern, we are investigating possibilities for the use of renewable energies in the building sector. The GST department has the important task of integrating various simulation models of buildings, heat storage, heat pumps and control.
