This opened it Living Lab smart office space opened its doors on the evening of April 13, 2018 to welcome numerous visitors of all ages and social groups from Kaiserslautern and the surrounding area. The team from the department presented, among other things, the innovative technologies used in the Living Lab for modern office environments. All technologies were shown in a real office environment, as we use them every day, with the opportunity and the explicit invitation to all visitors to try them out and experience them personally. The interactive presentation in the rooms of the Living Lab was complemented by a specialist lecture by Frau Prof. Hoffmann entitled «Too warm? Too cold? Too bright? Too dark? - How the (office) environment of the future can be adapted" to an overall successful contribution by the GST department to the "Night that creates knowledge" 2018.
