ML-BAU-DOK: Grundlagen zur Informationsextraktion für Energieeffizienz- und Lebenszyklusanalysen
In ML-BAU-DOK the methodical basics are developed to extract and prepare relevant information from analog or digital documents for two special application areas (energy efficiency, life cycle analysis). For this purpose, documents are evaluated, which are provided by two practice partners (SKE, Architrave). The primary sources are already largely digitized and comprise >600,000 document pages. The project describes document classes that are prioritized for the two application fields. This allows the building documentation to be evaluated in terms of its suitability for the application fields. Criteria regarding data quality and machine readability are used as prerequisites for machine learning, which can also be transferred to other application areas.
The project is funded by the BBSR (Forschungsinitiative ZUKUNFT BAU) and will be completed by December 31, 2022.
