From 04.08 to 06.08 a TRNSYS software training took place in the context of the Bode doctorate college. TRNSYS is a modular simulation program for plant and building simulation, which has a wide range of applications in civil engineering.

During the 3-day training, Mr. Lam from Transolar introduced the software to the 15 participants. While the first day dealt with plant simulation, the second day focused on building simulation. The final day was devoted to special topics such as daylight simulation, ventilation control and phase change materials, so that even experienced users got their money's worth.
